Suggest a better descriptionPre-heat BBQ. Combine syrup, soy sauce and garlic. Mix well. Marinate chops in 3/4 of the mixture as long as you have - 15 minutes or up to overnight. Grill until done. Baste with reserved sauce during cooking, but save a little extra to drizzle on top when they come off the grill.
You can substitute pancake syrup for the maple syrup.
