Suggest a better description1. Place the quinoa in the inner pot, followed by the water, cinnamon stick and salt. Stir to combine.
2. Close and lock the lid. Set the valve to Sealing. Press Cancel, then press Manual or Pressure Cook. Set to High Pressure and the set the time to 1 minute.
3. When the cooking cycle ends, press Cancel. Release Pressure Naturally, about 10 minutes.
4. Remove the lid. discard the cinnamon stick and use a fork to fluff the quinoa. Divide the quinoa among 4 bowls. Tope each with 1 T. maple syrup and then garnish with blueberries. Serve warm.
