A Kelly Family staple: hefty and warming.
Heat the oil over medium heat. Cook garlic until fragrant, stirring often. Increase to med/high heat. Add stewed tomatoes and italian seasoning. Cook 7 minutes stirring often. Add crushed tomatoes, sugar and cook for 15 minutes. Add pepperoni (or meatballs) and jarred sauce. Cook 15 minutes. Turn off heat, add tomato paste, stir to incorporate. Enjoy over pasta or bread.
