My variation of Marilyn's bread
Put honey in bowl with yeast, pour warm water over and mix together. Let sit while mixing together flour and gluten. Then mix all together in large bowl. When mixed well, put out on floured board and knead until smooth. Divide into four pieces, shape into loaves and put in greased 9x5in loaf pans. Let rise until doubled. Bake at 350 until sounds hollow when tapped on bottom.
