This is the marinade that my mom always used for fajitas growing up.
Place beef in a ziploc bag big enough to hold it.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, then pour over beef and marinate 4-8 hours.
You could also do this as soon an you bring the beef home from the grocery store and freeze for up to 3 months. Just make sure to remove as much air as possible before sealing.
