Suggest a better descriptionFrom: rainylee@ix.netcom.com (Loraine Lee ) Date: 19 Jul 1995 07:18:07 GMT I was pleasantly surprised at the number of requests I got for this recipe so here goes: Mix butter and sugar until fluffy. Add all other ingredients except the flour and chocolate chips to the bowl. Add flour in small increments mixing thoroughly. Add chocolate chips. Drop spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake in 350 F oven 10 - 12 minutes. These cookies do spread and should be soft when taken out of the oven. Because of the high moisture content in the zucchini they are kind of like oatmeal cookies but more on the "green" side. REC.FOOD.RECIPES ARCHIVES /COOKIES From rec.food.cooking archives.
