Cook potatoes in boiling salted water I until tender. Drain well, and mash. I
Combine potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, and pepper, mixing well. Spoon the mixture into
a lightly greased 12- x 8- x 2-inch baking dish; cover and bake at 325? for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle mixture with Cheddar cheese -and paprika, and bake an additional 5 minutes.
