One word of caution: the flavor of the gin seems to be amplified by heating it, so be careful about using too much or it will overwhelm the flavor of the eggs.
Crack eggs into a mixing bowl, whisk smooth and add milk and gin. Mix well.
In a frying pan or flat griddle, cook bacon on medium temp until crispy. Once it''s cooked, place on paper towel on a plate while eggs cook; may be placed in oven on low to keep warm.
Drain bacon grease from pan, leaving any crumbs of pepper that are still in the pan after draining off the grease; sautee peppers a minute, pour eggs into pan and scramble.
