Meal Prep Meatloaf
1. Preheat oven to 350. Put a baking sheet with water on the bottom shelf
2. Add oil to skillet and add onions over medium heat for 7 minutes. Add garlic for 30 seconds. Cool
3. Add breadcrumbs, eggs, Worcestershire, and beef broth to bowl. Mix at let stand for 5 minutes to absorb.
4. Mix sauce and reserve
5. Add ground beef to bowl with all seasonings and mix gently.
6. Add beef to greased mini bread loaf pan in 3 slots and top with half sauce and cover with foil, place on rack above water.
7. Bake for 40 minutes to 160 degrees and let carry over to 170.
