Suggest a better descriptionIn a large bowl, mix thoroughly sausage, ground beef, onion, parmesan, bread crumbs, egg, and olive oil. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, parsley, salt and pepper and mix again. Roll mixture into firm golf ball sized balls. Place meatballs in a large frying pan, evenly separated. Pour a tbsp. of oil into frying pan and brown all sides of meatballs. Once all sides are browned, place meatballs in crockpot with whatever your desired sauce is. Cook on low until sauce is warm, about 2 hours.
