Meatloaf modified from the pioneer woman
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
1) Mix ground beef, Parmesan, salt, pepper, season salt, parsley in large mixing bowl
2) Add in Eggs, Onions, and Peppers until everything is well combined
3) Mix in bread crumbs (as needed)
4) Press into cast iron skillet
5) Make Sause
6) Pour 1/3 sauce onto meatloaf and bake for 45 minutes at 350
7) Remove meatloaf from oven add remaining sauce and bake for 20 additional minutes
Making the Sauce
1) 1 1/2 cups of ketchup
2) 1/3 cup brown sugar
3) 1 tsp dry mustard
4) Dash of Worchestershire sauce
5) Several dashes of hot sauce (Cholula)
