loaf of meat
Combine bread crumbs or alternative and sauce (ketchup, BBQ) and liquid (water...) to soak for a few minutes.
Put ground beef in a large bowl and add spices and possibly chopped pepper and onion. Dump in breadcrumb/liquid mixture and mix everything together.
Put in a loaf pan and bake in a 375F oven for about 1 hour.
