A great side dish, but it can also be a meal in itself.
Roast walnuts at 375° F for 3 to 5 minutes. Set aside. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and asparagus and sauté for 2 minutes. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Sauté for about 30 seconds more. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add asparagus, walnuts, and Parmesan. Toss and serve.
