Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 425 degrees. Place 4 tortillas on a baking sheet. Rubbed pressed garlic on each tortilla. Add sliced tomatoes, olives, basil (artichokes or slightly cooked spinach if wanted) and both cheeses evenly over each tortilla. Top with remaining tortilla and bake for about 6 to 8 minutes or until slightly brown.
