Boil macaroni per package directions. While pasta is cooking throw everything but the mayo, cheese, salt and pepper into a food processor and dice. Add diced veggies and feta cheese to a large bowl. Drain macaroni and rinse with cold water to cool pasta. Add pasta to veggies and cheese, add mayo, salt and pepper and mix well. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
