Preheat oven to 375f. Place vegetables in skillet with oil cook on medium heat 5 min or until vegetables are tender. Set aside. Beat eggs, dressing and milk with whisk until well blended. Layer vegetables then cheese in crust then pour egg mixture overtop. Bake 40-45 min or until centre os set and quiche is golden brown. Let stand for 10 min before serving.
