1. Heat oil in saucepan
2. Add bell peppers, onion, celery, garlic, basil, fennel seeds and crushed red pepper. Saute for about 10 minutes, till tender
3. Add tomato to broth
4. Cover pot and simmer for 10 min
5. Add turkey, beans and heat about 1 minute
Can add pumpkin and carrots as well
