3/4 cup yellow mustard
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon any hot sauce (Tabasco etc)
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon ketchup
Thin down with a 1/2 to 1 cup very strong chicken stock (this will also give a salty taste to the sauce)
Taste then salt and or pepper if needed.
Let sit in fridge for at least 2-3 days before using.
It will last up to a month in fridge.
