Peel cucumber and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Cut melons into bite-sized pieces.
Chop mint and chives.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.
Chill before serving.
Note: This also makes a great dessert, simply leave out chives and pepper.
