Easy healthy recipe for Irish Soda bread
Set oven to 450.
Mix all the dry ingredients and make a well in the middle. Warm the buttermilk and add the treacle/molasses. Stir well to mix.
Add to dry mix and combine all the ingredients.
Spray 9" loaf pan and add parchment paper.
Add the dough and place in the oven. Reduce the oven to 400 and cook for about 30 mins. Remove from pan and tap bottom. If a hollow sound then all doen otherwise put is back in the ove for another 5 minutes.
