1. In a preheated wok or large heavy skillet, combine all ingredients.
2. Cover and simmer on medium heat until the mushrooms are cooked to the tenderness you prefer, stirring occasionally.
3. Drain the excess liquid.
4. Place the mushrooms on a platter and serve with some of the salsa.
