Suggest a better descriptionCook hamburger, onion, peppers, garlic and seasonings until hamburger is browned. Stir in salsa, beans, enchilada sauce, and corn. Cook until thoroughly heated. Lightly grease 13 x 9 baking pan. Layer 1/2 of the beef mixture, tortillas, 1/2 of the cheese; repeat layers. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
