In 8x8 pan, combine brown sugar, butter and water. Microwave for one minute and stir to combine. Cut or tear each biscuit into 4-6 pieces and put in brown sugar mixture along with nuts. Stir to coat. Push mixture away from center and place cup in center of pan. Microwave 3-4 minutes or until biscuits are not sticky when lightly touched. Let sit in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Remove and invert on plate.
