Combine remaining ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
Strain mixture, add gelatin, and stir until desolved.
Pour in mold and chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce-lined service plate. Garnish center of mold with mayo.
Serves 4.
