Drizzle olive oil into a frying pan. Heat on medium heat.
Add Garlic and lightly sauté...watch carefully and remove from oil and keep to add later.
Add onions and green peppers and whatever other vegetables you might choose.....sauté until almost carmelized.....to taste. Add 1-2 tablespoons of good butter, to taste.
Add the sautéed garlic and serve over pasta or rice, etc.
Top with bread crumbs, if desired.
