Add lemon juice ,yoghurt, tomatoes and jeera
Add elachi cinnamon, peppercorns, cloves, fennel
Fry onions till golden
Add to mince
Fry potatoes
Sautee half grated onion and add mince simmer for 10 mins till cooked
Now layer
mince potatoes 1/4 rice,egg and balance of rice
steam in oven for 1 hr
