Suggest a better descriptionSoak beans in 10 cups water overnight. Bring to boil in the same water, reduce heat, add salt & peppercorns, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Sauté celery, onion and garlic in oil for 10 minutes or until onion is lightly browned. Add to beans with tomatoes and parsley. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour. Add cabbage, zucchini and macaroni and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese. Serves 6.
