Sherbet recipe for the ice cream maker attachment on a kitchen aid mixer
1) In medium sauce pan combine, sugar, milk, and corn syrup.
2) Heat over medium heat, stirring often, until very hot but not boiling.
3) Remove from heat and set aside.
4) Place mangoes and lime juice in food processor work bowl. Use multi purpose blade to process until smooth.
5) Add mango mixture and mint to milk mixture, cover and chill thoroughly (at least 8 hours).
6) Assemble ice cream maker attachment to mixer, turn to setting 1, pour mixture into freeze bowl.
7) Continue on stir 7-12 minutes or until desired consistency.
8) Immediately transfer sherbet to serving dishes or freeze in an airtight container.
