Suggest a better descriptionbuy large London Broil and have the butcher split it (butterfly it) and remove grissle
after mixed, put all over the roast and then put it all into a zip lock bag....place in frig overnight or minimum 3 hrs in frig till ready to cook....needs time to marinate
Broil in oven-- 8 minutes on each side...then remove
Let sit covered with foil for 20 minutes to allow juices to set in....then slice and serve
