In large bowl, at medium speed, beat eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla until light & fluffy.
Add flour and cocoa. Beat until well blended. Fold in nuts.
Spread in greased 9x13 and bake 40-45 mins. Immediately put spoonfuls of marshmallow cream on top and spread until smooth.
Cool 1 hour.
