Suggest a better descriptionCut crusts from bread. Roll each slice very thin with rolling pin. Combine cottage cheese & cream cheese until smooth; spread thin layer on each slice of bread. Roll up, brush with melted butter & roll in sugar & cinnamon mixture. May be left in whole rolls or cut in half or thirds. May freeze at this point or bake for 15 minutes in 350 oven. MRS ROBERT J.
