Mix first 4 ingredients the add dry ingredients. Mix well. Cover and Chill at least 1 hour. Shape into round teaspoonfuls balls. Dip tops into granulated sugar and place on cookie sheets.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Check at 8 minutes so they will be chewy inside.
