Method
Heat a table spoon full oil in a deep pan on a medium heat. When the oil is heated add the onions and saute until onions turn golden brown. Then add the garlic and ginger and cook for a couple of seconds. Then add the beef , salt, and cook for 2 minutes. Then add the salt and curry powder and cook for a min. Then add coconut milk and the spices and cover and cook on a low med heat until the meat is cooked
Then lastly add the fennel powder and if you like you can add a tab spoon full of a lime juice to it . Take off from the heat and let it cover and stand for a min before you serve with boiled rice and some vegie. curries.
