Mom's Black Beans
Soak beans in water overnight.
In pressure cooker add beans and 24 oz of water.
Start the pressure cooker on high until it goes off. Then leave continue cooking for 15 minutes.
Remove lid and mush some of the beans and add sofrito and vinegar. Add wine to taste. Add Adobo to taste.
Continue to cook uncovered on low heat until beans reach desired taste.
Raise temperature to Medium heat and cook until reach desired thickness.
