Brown cut cubed meat in butter and oil.
Remove and pour sherry over it. Cook frozen onions in pan with juice from meat for 3 mins. Add mushroom and cook 1 minute. Add tomato paste, worcestershire sauce and flour and mix in. Then add dissolved bouillion, 1 ? cups of the wine, salt, pepper, thyme, majoram and parsely. Mix. Add Meat.
Cook 2.5 hours.
Add remaining wine 20 minutes before serving
