2. Beat eggs, sugar and salt until blended.
4. Pour hot milk gradually over egg mixture.
5. Return to heat and cook until mixture will coat a wooden spoon heavily, stirring constantly.
6. Different kinds of fruit can be added to the custard ford ice cream.
7. Cool the custard first.
8. Add the fruit and sugar
9. Add this mixture to the ice cream container.
10. Place this in the freezer.
11. Add ice.
12. Turn the freezer until the fruit is frozen.
