1). Put broccoli in large pan with as little water as possible. Steam slightly
2). Add Soup with water (or milk, depending on your taste) and stir
3) Add cubed cream cheese and stir till melted
4). Simmer for 1 hour or until the broccoli is tender and the dish smells like soup.
**tastes best when made 1 day ahead and reheated
