Mix crushed graham crackers and butter and push into springform pan and up the sides
Put all other ingredients in mixer until smooth and creamy, pour into crust
Bake at 375 about 25-35 minutes on cookie sheet
Cool 1 hour
Make frosting: sour cream, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon, mixed together then pour on top
Bake 400 for 8 mins
Cool and refrigerate
