Chili Beans
1. Brown ground beef or turkey.
2. Drain fat.
3. Add celery and onions to meat and stir fry for a few minutes.
4. Add salt, chili powder, cayenne pepper and mix.
5. The add tomatoes and kidney beans.
6. Bring to boil.
7. Cover and simmer for 2 hours.
Serve with onions, grated cheddar cheese and oyster crackers.
