Suggest a better descriptionIn small sauce pan, combine pineapple (with juice) and sugar. Bring to boil.
Remove from heat and stir in dry jello mix. Set aside to cool completely.
Combine cream cheese and milk and mix until soft. Add in cool whip.
Add oranges and pineapple mixture. Stir well and chill.
