Combine flour through pumpkin pie spice. Mix with a whisk to sift the ingredients together.
In a mixer, combine pumpkin through the vanilla extract. Beat until they are light and fluffy. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients. Then mix in the raisins.
Using a scoop, place on a cookie sheet which is covered with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Cool completely on racks.
Frosting:
Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla.
Once cookies are cool, frost with cream cheese frosting.
