This recipe has some healthy elements and some traditional ones (inspired by J. Kenji Lopez-Alt)
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Add cauliflower for last 3 minutes. Drain.
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease small glass casserole dish.
3. Melt butter. Stir in flour and cook until golden blond about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and gradually add milk while whisking. Whisk in hot sauce and mustard.
4. Remove from heat. Add cheese.
5. Mix pasta with cheese sauce. Spoon into casserole dish. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Put foil over top.
6. Bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and back another 10 minutes.
7. Remove from oven. Cool 5 minutes, then serve.
You can use less cheese to make it healthier.
