Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the oven to 150c/300f/Gas 2. 1 Cut a very thin layer of crust off the top of the cheese. Place the cheese in an ovenproof serving dish with shallow sides. 2 Place in the oven and warm through for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese begins to soften. Sprinkle with the raisins and pinenuts. Serve warm with bread and crackers. NB It would be good to toast the pinenuts before sprinkling - just in a dry frying pan. Recipe by: Good Living
