Brown and drain beef in a 10 inch skillet.
Stir in noodles, spaghetti sauce, water and salt. Sprinkle with pepper.
Reduce heat to low; over and simmer for 30 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring every 10 minutes to prevent sticking.
Transfer beef and pasta mixture to warm serving plate, sprinkle with mozzarella and cover loosely with foil for 1 to 2 minutes until cheese melts.
Serve with Parmesan cheese.
