Dip chicken breasts in eggs and then bread crumbs and place in frying pan with olive oil. You can also back them.
Combine tomato sauce and Lawrys season packet, cook for 15-20 minutes.
Use rice or noodles for base and then add sauce to chicken and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
