Suggest a better descriptionIn saucepan, combine 1 cup blueberries, 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup water, and 1 teaspoon lemon rind. Bring mixture to a boil. Mix 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup sugar, and cornstarch and add to hot mixture. Cook until clear and thick. Cool. Pour thickened mixture over 4 cups blueberries in bakec pie shell.
