Suggest a better descriptionMix yeast, sugar and water together. Add next 5 ingredients. When mixed, add with beater 4 cups flour. Add by hand 4 more cups flour. Mix til dough comes away from side of bowl. Place on floured surface and let rest 10 minutes. Knead for 10 minutes more. Let raise in bowl for 2 hours. Cover w/damp towel. Punch down and knead 3 minutes. Place in bread pans and raise til double or over tops of pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 375. Makes 3 loaves.
