Spread almond slivers on a small baking pan and toast in oven until browned. Add sunflower seeds and reserve.
Spread rolled oats, oat bran and wheat bran baking sheet; ale in a 350° oven for five minutes. Shake pan or stir and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Combine oat mixture, almonds, sunflower seeds together with raisins and dried cranberries. Store in an airtight container for up to six months
Serve with honey and milk.
