Remove the top waxy rind from the Brie wheel and place in a Brie Baker or any oven proof dish or bowl.
Heat cheese in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and spread with pecan Pumpkin Butter then sprinkle with dried cranberries and Pecans.
Serve with sliced apples and pear slices.
Variation: Pumpkin butter with chopped chives and chopped bacon
