Crunchy side dish for any main especially roasted or grilled meat or fish.
Heat small saucepan filled with water to boiling.
Add mung bean sprouts and blanche for 1 minute.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
Dump sprouts onto a clean kitchen towel and pat dry.
Add sprouts to a medium mixing bowl.
In the small mixing bowl add dressing ingredients. This is everything else except for the toasted sesame seeds.
Whisk well.
Pour over cooled and dried sprouts and mix gently.
Put in refrigerator covered until meal time.
When ready to eat remove from refrigerator and toss.
Plate in small ramekins, top with sesame seeds and enjoy.
